Custom Orders & Deposits
Each Maison Baché piece is thoughtfully selected and customized for the individual client.
Custom orders require a 50% deposit to begin your order. Your $50 consultation fee will be applied toward your wig purchase.
Once Maison Baché has placed the order for your piece or customization has begun, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
Final Payment
The remaining balance is due after final approval and must be paid in full before pickup or shipment.
Returns & Exchanges
Because of the personal nature of wigs, returns are limited.
In-stock wigs that have not been altered or customized may be eligible for return. You must contact Maison Baché within 3 calendar days of delivery, and the wig must be received back by Maison Baché within 5 calendar days of delivery.
To be eligible for return, the wig must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition with the lace uncut and all tags and packaging intact.
Custom orders and any wig that has been cut, colored, resized, altered, worn, or otherwise customized are final sale once customization has begun and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the client unless the return is due to an error by Maison Baché.
Order Concerns
If you believe your piece has a defect or there has been an error with your order, please contact Maison Baché promptly upon receipt. We will review the concern and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped only after payment has been received in full. Shipping timelines will vary depending on whether your piece is in stock or custom ordered.
Maison Baché will provide available tracking information once your order has shipped.
