What type of hair do you use?
Maison Baché offers premium human hair selected for its natural movement softness, and longevity. Our collection includes carefully sourced European, Slavic, and kosher human hair, depending on the individual piece.
What density are your wigs?
We offer a range of densities to suit individual preferences, from lighter, natural-looking density to fuller, more voluminous hair. Density can also be customized depending on the individual piece and your desired look.
Do you have a size guide?
Yes. Our Wig Sizing & Measurement Guide walks you through the measurements needed to determine your best fit. For personalized assistance, sizing can also be reviewed during your consultation.
What is your return policy?
Unaltered, in-stock wigs may be eligible for return. You must contact Maison Baché within 3 calendar days of delivery, and the returned wig must be received by us within 5 calendar days of delivery. The wig must be unworn and in its original condition, with the lace uncut and all tags and original packaging intact.
Custom orders and any wig that has been cut, colored, resized, altered, worn, or otherwise customized are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be sent using a trackable and insured shipping method, as Maison Baché is not responsible for return packages that are lost, damaged, or delayed in transit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment after the returned piece has been received and inspected.
Can my wig be customized?
Yes. Depending on the individual piece, Maison Baché offers a range of customization options, including hairline refinement, density adjustments, cap resizing, cutting, layering, styling, and color customization. Available options will be discussed during your consultation so your wig can be tailored to your desired look and fit.
How soon can I expect my wig?
In-stock wigs can ship as quickly as overnight. Custom orders typically take 3–4 weeks, depending on the level of customization requested. A more specific timeframe will be provided during your consultation
DO I NEED A CONSULTATION?
A consultation is recommended to ensure the best possible fit, color, length, density, and overall look. Consultations may be completed in person or virtually, depending on your needs. We hare here to help!
Do I need to use glue or tape?
No. Maison Baché wogs are designed to be worn securely without glue or tape.
How do I care for my wig?
Can my wig be custom fit whether I have hair or not?
Yes. Whether you have your natural hair, thinning hair, or no hair at all, your wig can be customized for a secure comfortable fit. Cap sizing and adjustments are tailored to your individual measurements and needs.
